I am in need of learning how to do my own makeup, why should I choose Stephanie Blue?
With 20 years of industry experience as a professional makeup I am able to listen and provide a flexible, customizable experience for every client I encounter. I am very passionate about showing & teaching women how to apply makeup that best caters & compliments them well.
After filling out the booking form, how soon can I hear back for you?
You will hear back from me within 24-48 hours depending on weekday/weekends. While I’d love to get back to all requests within minutes, I might be with a client, driving to or from a client or on set for a photoshoot and must give that client my undivided attention. No worries, responsiveness and timeliness are highly valued and I do my best to get back to requests promptly. I want to speak with everyone that has an interest in me serving them!
Do you customize your classes?
Yes I do! Because everyone is different with there needs I customize your session that would be best for you. We will discuss that during our consultation call. My goal is to make sure you learn and walk away from our virtual or in person session KNOWING how to do it for yourself with confidence.
Can you send your pricing and packages?
I do not discuss rates without having a phone consultation with the makeup client. I want to make sure that I hear directly from the client so I can get to know her, her beauty vision as well as her event details so I can offer the best package and payment options suited for her.
What is the booking process?
Once the date of service, time frame, and price are confirmed, I require a signed contract. For weddings, I also require an up-front deposit.
Do you work with a team?
Yes I do, depending on service & availability! All of the assistants I have worked with, I have either trained personally or worked with directly and trust their work, professionalism and timeliness to make this a seamless process for you.
How do I pay?
Payment options include Cash, PayPal, Cash App and Venmo. All services require a security deposit.
Can you do a natural look?
Yes, I sure can! But often times, the everyday woman who doesn’t wear much makeup on a consistent basis can mean a different type of natural in comparison to makeup artists. This is another reason why a phone consultation is key!
What measures are you taking for COVID-19?
Prior to service I will have you sign a COVID-19 Liability Wavier. In addition to fully sanitizing all of my tools with 70% isopropyl alcohol I have increased the amount of sanitizer and disinfectant wipes to my kit. I have increased my one time use of products as much as possible. I am also requiring clients to wash and sanitize before and after service.
